Learn how to unite the two sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda on and off the mat in the Prakriti Method School of Yoga and Ayurveda. This program consists of many designations, depending on how far you want this path to take you!

Ayurvedic Yoga is not limited to a particular style, or brand of fixed positions or sequences; but instead outlines the deeper energetic effects behind those many modalities, tools, and techniques. The principles of Ayurveda combined into Yoga establish an intricate scientific system to take both our personal practice and as a result, our teaching potential, to a new level. Ayurveda can help us acquire a deeper lens to inspect our practice and yoga teachings with, ultimately allowing us to achieve a greater awareness and potential for customization; and not just in a class setting, but also in how we communicate, relate, and work with our students according to the individual or situation presented to us. if you have been looking to find a truer and deeper meaning to your practice AND build to confidence to effectively share it with others, this training is for you!

Prakriti Method strives to enable you to reclaim your life and help others do the same through traditional Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. The investment of time, energy, and finances into any of our programs directly carries over into the other deeper designations. All trainings must be taken in order. Level 1 is required for all applicants regardless of previous certification, though applicants who already hold another Yoga and/or Ayurveda certification can apply for the bridge program to have their educational history reviewed and potentially transferred. Bridge programs vary depending on the student and the curriculum content is customized accordingly. The program syllabus is designed to progressively introduce you to the more intricate aspects of Yoga and Ayurveda over the course of all four trainings.

The content ranges from pre-recorded lectures and audiofiles to video links and assigned readings. Throughout the program, you will be assigned both written and video recorded projects, as well as, tested on the material. All submissions are thoroughly reviewed by the teachers and mentors, and will be graded and returned with detailed feedback.
